Q What is WebMail and how do I use it?
A: WebMail is a free service which allows all of our customers full access to their email without the need for an email client program (like, Outlook, Outlook Express, Netscape Mail ...etc.). You can access your email from any computer at any time ...

All you need is a browser!

Instructions

Using any Internet browser (like Internet Explorer, FireFox, Opera, Safari ...etc.)

  • Simply point your browser to the following URL
    • http://www.YourDomain.com/webmail
      • (replace YourDomain.com with your actual website address)

    • or...Visit our homepage at www.itechdevelopers.com anytime and click the WebMail icon in the left hand column

  • Login using your full email address
    • Example: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it (replace This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your "actual" and "full" email address)

  • Then enter the password assigned to that email address
    • Remember - your password IS case sensitive!
    • So the password of "House" is NOT the same as the password "house" (note the lower case -h-)
    • You must enter your password exactly as it was typed when your email account was established

  • Once you're logged in - you'll be presented with three different Email programs to choose from.
  • We recommend trying all three, but at first try using SquirrelMail as it is the easiest with which to get started. Once you've selected the WebMail application of choice, be sure when you're in using that program to click into the Options or Settings screens and set your name and other personal and pertinent information to complete the setup of your WebMail application.

Now you can access your email from anywhere at anytime!
